Hillside Property Management LLC is a diversified investment company that owns and manages many different asset classes.  We own and operate apartment buildings, retail strip centers, industrial buildings, storage units.


Purchase Criteria  

Hillside Property Managment seeks value add assets that we can purchase at below replacement cost, improve the property and increase rents. Cap rate is not an issue, we need to have a path to get to a 7 cap within 18 months or less.  We prefer to purchase within 30 minutes of where we already own an asset, but are open to new markets that are growing in population.  We will purchase the following asset classes:

1- Multifamily 

2- Industrial 

3- Retail

4- Storage units
